1) Graduation Day - a time of great joy and celebration, as we celebrate the fruits of five / six years of hard labour. Last week we had a very unique convocation ceremony - a combination of three cohorts (C2020, C2021, & C2022) attending a physical graduation together! This is because for the past two years, graduations had to be socially distanced (i.e. online) due to the ongoing CoVID-19 pandemic. It was also a chance for me to reunite with my previous classmates and to catch up with everyone.
2) To properly commemorate the event, my dad decided to book a professional photoshoot for the whole family. So off we went (my grandpa, my parents and myself) to Foto Ekono, accompanied by my aunt and niece as they wanted to take graduation pics as well. It was a bit challenging to assist my grandpa in climbing two flights of stairs, but luckily my dad and I managed. All in all, I was rather pleased with the end result - and you can see for yourself in the photos below.
3) Life after graduation has been quite relaxing if I'm honest - having my family by my side, and not having to wake up early or stay up late is certainly the best feeling ever. Of course, all good things must come to an end, and soon I will be caught up in a myriad of applications as I await the next phase of my life - working! But for now, I'll take it easy and enjoy the time I have with my beloved family. And so ends another edition of my blog post, do click on the link to see a truckload of pics (mostly of my graduation). Thanks very much for visiting, and take care and stay safe. Cheers!
